At the heart of Strategic Reward Solutions is Managing Director Paul Bissell. Paul has
over 30 years experience working in the Financial Service Industry. He has worked as an HR Generalist, a Trainer and a Specialist
and for over a decade was the award winning Head of Rewards for Nationwide Building Society.
Paul’s expertise is both broad and deep. His creative approach to reward at all levels has won awards from both
industry and government. Well known within the reward community he was honoured to be elected CIPD Vice President Rewards
for 2004/06 and is a member of the CIPD's Rewards Forum, Vice Presidents Committee and Reward Faculty, which developed the
Advanced Certificate in Rewards Practice.
His many qualifications include a Masters Degree in the Management of Human Resources, Fellowship of the Chartered Institute
of Bankers and he is a Chartered Companion of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
He is a respected conference speaker, occasional lecturer and the author of many articles and case studies.
Paul’s approach to his work is not to slavishly follow best practice, but to engineer creative solutions that reflect
